DeXtEr PLZZZ HELP

I tried changing my font on my fine, it was successful sha, then I was told to reboot the fine. after clicking on YES , the phone now hang in the TECNO SCREEN.. since then, it has refused to on normally... I have tried resetting it( power button + volume up) its still not working...

plz if you have the .backup (extension file) for a TECNO m3, I would appreciate. if their is also a way out plz share it.. Thank you in advance ;-(
